The childen played under the stairs all yesterday because of the rain. Our yard is a mushy mess and the lake is creeping ever closer to our house! There was a poor beaver swimming up and down and all around the lake flapping his tail. His dam was under water and I am wondering if he didn't lose his mate in the flood. He was a very aggitated beaver! He was so big, we nicknamed him the Loch Ness Beaver of Widgen Lake!
Today will be very, very busy. I went to bed about 9:30p last night because I was so tired and was up at 4:45a this morning! Much to do and miles to go before I sleep....

I am a scatter-brained, computer gal that always has more to do than she should.
I say "YES" when I shouldn't. I am a people pleaser most of the time but can be selfish when I get stressed and need a time-out.
Right now, I am, among many other things, a wedding videographer, head of communications where I work, a GVA mom and a wife of a wonderful man who supports me in everything I do (except my food likes/dislikes). We are a great team.
I love my Mom.
I love all our six kids. Each of them stands alone as a unique and talented individual. A few things they do don't please me, but growing up takes time and wisdom takes longer.
